DIETARY SECTION:-
If you have cronic diseases such as heart problems, hypertension, cholesterol, blood clots, strokes, kidney stones, dibetes, asthma and terminal diseases, why not start to follow religiously a new set of dietary programme.
Doctors normally advise their patients to consume a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables and omege 3 in fatty fish such as mackerel, herring, salmon, tuna and sardines. Garlics and onions as pungent preventives and miracle medicine from 'A' to 'Z' are extremely good for health and drink at least 8 glasses of clear water every day on top of other drinks.
You have to stop eating red meat, fat or fried foods or poultry skin. Use Olive Oil if you want to fry your fish or vegetables.
You can eat a small cup of rice and vegetable soup with bean card.
Your vegetables must include carrots, cabbage cauliflowers, broccoli, tomatoes, green leafy vegetables, spinach, parsley, celery, pumpkin, cucumbers and other colourful fruits. Spinach tops the list of food most eaten by people who don't get cancer!!!
Your fruits must include oranges, apples, avacado, red grapes, mangoes, papayas, pears, pineapples, watermelon, bananas, kiwi or 'ciku', plums and other colourful fruits.
Remember you have to eat at least four serving of fruits and vegetables every day. Spread out your moderate meals accordingly. 6.00 am, 9.00 am, 12.00 noon, 3.00 pm, 6.00 pm and may be at 8.00 for a cup of clear water or low-fat milk.

If you have a stroke, within 72 hours you have to start eating fruits and vegetables only and stop eating red meat and fat.

FRUITS AND VEGETABLES BETS AGAINST
VARIOUS CANCERS:-
LUNG CANCER: carrots and green leafy vegetables.
COLON CANCER: cruciiferous vegetables and carrots
OESOPHAGEAL: oral and pharyngeal cancers: fruit.
LARYNGEAL CANCER: fruit and vegetables.
STOMACH CANCER: fruit in general, lettuce,onions, tomatoes, celery, ...especially raw vegetables.

FOOD THAT MAY ENCOURAGE CANCER:
Meat, High Fat Food, Vegetable Oils, such as Corn Oil, Excessive Alcohol.

The following is one of the Healthy Food Schedules for great health and happiness
BREAKFAST
A glass of skimmed milk, anlene milk or milo
Choose one serving of vegetables and one serving of fruits
Steamed vegetables; carrots, cabbage, broccoli and lettuce or spinach.
Fresh fruits; papaya, apples, watermelon, honey dew, rock melon, blueberry, asparagus,

Bread: whole meal rather than white bread with original / pure honey
or garlic bread smeared with olive spread magerine

LUNCH

Use OLIVE OIL or CANOLA OIL for cooking
Cook the following with lots of onions, garlics and tomatoes
Fatty fish [ Omega 3 ] such as mackerel, tuna, sardine or salmon.
Chicken without skin [the skin can cause heart trouble]
Vegetables: pumpkin, green leafy vegetables, potatoes, tofu [soya bean card]
red rice

DINNER

Use OLIVE OIL or CANOLA OIL for cooking
Cook the following with lots of onions, garlics and tomatoes

Chicken without skin [the skin can cause heart trouble]

Note: Drink 8 glasses of plain water beside other fruit juice such as orange, apple, pineapple juices.
Supper
A glass of clear warm water
or
A glass of warm anlene milk
and high fibre crackers
AND
TO AVOID KIDNEY PROBLEMS, DRINK 8 GLASSES OF CLEAR WATER EVERYDAY. SPREAD OUT THE TIME OF DRINKING WISELY
